Terms (draft)
DRAFT — to be reviewed by a lawyer. These terms take effect only once we publish them without this mark.
Version 1.0 of 13 October 2026. This is an English translation of the Polish terms. The Polish version is binding; where the two differ, the Polish version prevails (section 22).
1. Who runs Flikki
Flikki is run by «OPERATOR NAME», «ADDRESS», tax ID (NIP) «NIP», «REGON/KRS» — in these terms we call ourselves “we”.
Contact for everything, including complaints, withdrawal from the contract and personal data: [email protected]. We answer in Polish and in English.
Flikki is not part of Vinted and is not affiliated with Vinted. The name “Vinted” belongs to its owner; we use it only to say where you list your things.
2. Definitions
- Flikki or the service — the phone app, the browser app at app.flikki.app, the Chrome extension and our website, together.
- You or the user — a person who has created a Flikki account.
- Consumer — a person who uses Flikki for a purpose not directly related to their business or profession.
- Sole trader with consumer rights — a person running a sole proprietorship for whom the contract with us is not of a professional nature (section 21).
- Account — your place in Flikki, where you keep your items, batches, sales and settings.
- Item — a thing you add to your inventory, with its photos and details.
- Run — an order you give the extension: list selected items on Vinted, change the price of listings or refresh listings.
- Suggestion — the title, description, category, brand, size, condition, colours, materials and price we prepare for an item from its photos (section 12).
- Plan — the scope of the service: Free, Mini, Pro or Max (section 6).
- Mini — a 30-day plan, paid once, with no renewal.
- Subscription — the Pro or Max plan paid monthly or yearly, renewing automatically until you cancel it.
- Link — the payment service of Stripe through which you pay for plans (section 7).
- Vinted — the marketplace where you list your items, in every country where it operates.
3. What Flikki does
- Inventory. You photograph items with your phone (or add photos from your drive in the browser), and Flikki builds an inventory from them. From the Mini plan you can also use quick mode — item after item, each added to the inventory at once.
- Suggestions. For each item we prepare a suggested title, description, category, brand, size, condition, colours, materials and price. You check it and can change anything or ask for a new one (section 12).
- Photo touch-ups on the phone (Pro and Max plans). At your request, the phone app improves a photo’s brightness and framing or removes its background. The original stays, and you can go back to it.
- Batches, sales and summaries. You group items into batches, enter what a batch cost, record sales and see summaries.
- Counters for Poland. For an account from Poland, we show how the sales recorded in Flikki compare with a few thresholds from the tax rules. This is information, not tax advice (section 12).
- Listing on Vinted. Through the Chrome extension you list items on Vinted, change the prices of listings and, on the Pro and Max plans — once we switch this feature on — refresh listings. The extension works only when you start a run (section 13).
- A reminder about items that are not selling. Once a week we may email you about items that have been on Vinted for a long time. You turn it off with one click.
- Data export. At any time, on any plan, you download your data together with the photos, free of charge.
What Flikki does not do: it does not calculate fees or shipping costs, does not check whether a listing is still on Vinted, does not publish anything without your instruction and does not know your Vinted password.
4. What you need
- An internet connection and your own email address.
- In the browser: Chrome or Edge 120 or later, Safari 16.4 or later, or Firefox 128 or later, with JavaScript on.
- On the phone: an iPhone with iOS 15.5 or later, or an Android phone with Android 7.0 or later. The app asks for access to the camera, and — to save photos to the gallery — for permission to add photos.
- To list on Vinted: a computer with Google Chrome 116 or later, the Flikki extension and your own Vinted account.
Using the internet carries risks: malware, someone taking over your email inbox or device, impersonation of well-known companies. Protect access to your email and devices. We never ask for your Vinted password or your card details — not by email and not in the app.
5. Account and contract
- You create an account by giving a first name or a nickname and an email address. We do not ask for your surname, address, phone number or anything else.
- You sign in with a link sent by email, with a password (if you set one — it is optional), with a Google or Apple account (in the browser, when these methods are switched on; the phone app does not have them yet) or with a QR code, which connects a further device to an account that is already signed in.
- If you create an account by signing in with Google or Apple, we take from that account your email address and the name, which we save as your nickname — often it is your full name (when there is no name, the part of the email address before the “@” becomes your nickname). You can change the nickname in settings.
- An account may be created by a person aged 18 or over.
- We enter into the contract for using Flikki when you create an account, for an indefinite period. Using the Free plan costs nothing. You enter into a contract for a paid plan when you pay for it (sections 7 and 8). You can end each of them as described in sections 8 and 18.
- Before you create an account, read these terms and the privacy policy. Both documents are available free of charge on our website — you can save and print them.
- Look after access to your email inbox and devices. In settings you see every signed-in device and can disconnect any of them. If someone has got into your account, write to us.
6. Plans and their limits
Flikki has four plans. They differ in how many new items you add per month, and in a few features. On every plan the inventory has no limit, we write a description for every new item, you list it on Vinted through the extension, and you have batches, sales, summaries and a free data export with photos.
- Free — no charge and no end: 10 new items a month. No quick mode, no price changes through the extension, no photo touch-ups and no refreshing of listings.
- Mini — a one-off payment for 30 days: 100 new items within those 30 days, quick mode on the phone and price changes through the extension. No photo touch-ups and no refreshing of listings.
- Pro — a monthly or yearly subscription: 500 new items a month, quick mode, price changes, unlimited photo touch-ups and refreshing of up to 20 listings a day.
- Max — a monthly or yearly subscription: the same as Pro, plus 2,000 new items a month and refreshing of up to 100 listings a day.
How we count:
- A new item counts when you add it — on the phone or in the browser. Selling, archiving or deleting an item does not return it to the limit. Changing plan during the month does not reset the counter: new items added this month keep counting towards the new plan’s limit, and we start from zero the following month. Items you already have do not take up the limit — the inventory has no ceiling.
- Listing has no limit on runs. In one run you list up to 10 items on the Free plan and up to 100 on the paid plans.
- Descriptions: each month we write up to two descriptions for every new item in the plan’s limit — 20 on Free, 200 on Mini, 1,000 on Pro and 4,000 on Max — including a description we write again at your request. A description we failed to write does not count. On every plan we write at most 300 descriptions per account per day — a safeguard against abuse, not a plan limit.
- The shared pool of the Free plan. All accounts on the Free plan share one daily pool of descriptions. When it runs out on a given day, we will write your new descriptions the next day — even if your monthly limit still has some left. Such a request does not count towards the limit. The pool does not apply to the paid plans.
- Refreshes of listings, descriptions per day and the shared pool are counted per day in UTC (in Poland the day starts at 1:00 in winter and 2:00 in summer).
- A month is the period counted from the day the account was created (on the Free plan and on a granted plan) or from the day the subscription started; on Mini — its 30 days. You always see in the app when your limits renew.
We may also grant someone a plan free of charge, for example to testers — for a set time or with no end date. A plan granted for a set time applies until the date given when it was granted. If you have several plans at once (for example a paid one and a granted one), the higher one applies.
7. Prices and payments
- The prices in the price list include VAT. You pay exactly the price in the price list — nothing is added to it, and VAT at the rate of the country you buy from is already included. You will also see the amount to pay on the payment page before you pay. In Poland we give prices in złoty, in the other Vinted countries in euros. The payment page may show the amount converted into your country’s currency; you then pay in that currency.
- The payment is handled by Link, a Stripe service, as the seller in this payment, on Stripe’s terms. When you buy, you will see that Link is the seller (“Sold through Link”), and on your bank statement the payment is described as LINK.COM* FLIKKI. Stripe charges and pays the VAT on the payment. We provide the Flikki service to you — the plan, its limits and support — under these terms.
- You pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. Stripe may also offer other methods available in your country. You give your card details to Stripe — we do not see or store them.
- On the payment page Stripe asks for your full name and billing address, which it needs to settle the tax. You give them to Stripe, not to us.
- A receipt or an invoice in PDF is emailed to you by Link after every payment, including every renewal of a subscription. You will also get an email from Link about a refund.
- We may change the price of a plan for the future. A new subscription price applies from the first renewal after the change, and we will email you about it at least 30 days before that renewal — you may cancel the subscription before then. A price change does not affect a period you have already paid for.
8. Mini, subscriptions, changing plan and cancelling
- No plan has a trial period. You pay from the first day of the plan, and the plan works as soon as you have paid.
- Mini is paid once. It lasts 30 days and ends by itself; nothing renews. If you buy Mini before the previous one ends, the next 30 days are counted from the end of the previous one. You cannot buy Mini while you have a paid subscription — it gives more than Mini.
- Pro and Max are a subscription, monthly or yearly. It renews by itself — every month or every year — and at each renewal a payment is taken for the next period until you cancel the subscription. Before a yearly subscription renews, Link will remind you about it by email at least 7 days in advance.
- One account can have one subscription. You change the plan (Pro or Max) and the billing period (month or year) in the subscription settings, which “Manage subscription” in the app leads to (a Stripe page). When you change during a period, the price difference is prorated to the time left in it and settled on the next invoice: moving to a more expensive plan means an extra payment, and moving to a cheaper one means an amount by which the next payment is reduced. We do not refund that amount to your card.
- You can cancel the subscription at any time in “Manage subscription” or on link.com, where — once you have a Link account — you also see your payment history. The plan then works until the end of the paid period — month or year — and does not renew. Cancelling does not delete the account.
9. Failed payment, refund and dispute with your bank
- A failed subscription payment. If a renewal cannot be paid, Stripe tries to take the payment three more times over the following days. Until then the plan works. In the app we will ask you to update your card in “Manage subscription”.
- After the fourth failed attempt we switch the plan off: the account goes back to the Free plan (or to a granted plan or Mini, if you have one). We delete nothing (section 10). If the overdue payment goes through later, the plan comes back by itself.
- When Stripe stops retrying, the subscription is cancelled and nothing more is charged. You can buy a plan again.
- A refund of the whole payment, or a dispute with your bank (chargeback) that we lose: the subscription that payment was for ends at once. For Mini, only the unused days of that Mini, for which money was returned, end — days already used and other paid Minis stay.
- A partial refund or a dispute still in progress changes nothing in your plan.
- Matters of the payment itself — a refund, a double charge, a dispute with your bank — you can settle with Link’s help (support.link.com) or by writing to us at [email protected]. Disputes with banks are handled by Stripe. Under Stripe’s rules, Link may in some cases refund a payment within 60 days of it; whether and when is for Stripe to decide.
10. End of a plan or a move to a lower one
When a plan ends or you move to a lower one, we delete nothing. All your items stay visible; you can edit, sell and list them. You add new items within the new plan’s limit — items added this month before the change count towards it — and features the new plan does not have (for example photo touch-ups) you can no longer use — saved touch-ups stay. The data export is free on every plan.
11. Withdrawal from the contract
If you are a consumer or a sole trader with consumer rights, you may withdraw from the contract for a paid plan within 14 days of entering into it — from buying Mini or from the start of the subscription — without giving a reason.
- How: write to us at [email protected] that you are withdrawing from the contract, and give the account’s email address. You may use the model form at the end of these terms, but you do not have to. It is enough to send the message before the 14 days are up. We will confirm by email that we have received it.
- How much we return: the plan works as soon as you have paid. If, when buying, you expressly asked us to start providing the service before the 14 days were up, we will return the price minus a part for the days the plan was working until you withdrew. If you made no such request, we will return the whole amount paid.
- When and how: we will make the refund no later than 14 days after receiving your message, using the same payment method, through Stripe (Link). Link will send you the refund confirmation. We charge no fee for the refund.
- After you withdraw, the plan ends and the account goes back to the Free plan (or to another plan you have). The account and the data stay.
- You can also ask Link for a refund (section 9) — that does not take away your right to withdraw.
You can leave the Free plan at any time by deleting the account.
12. Suggestions, photo touch-ups and counters — what follows from them
- The suggestion is prepared by software from our provider, from the item’s photos and what is already known about it (how this works and what data we pass on — the privacy policy, section 4). It can be wrong: misread the brand, size or composition from the label, pick the wrong category or suggest a price that does not fit the market. A suggestion is a hint, not our assurance about the item. Check it and correct it before you list.
- A photo touch-up is meant only to brighten the photo, improve the framing or remove the background. Check that after the touch-up the photo still shows the item faithfully: its colour, flaws and shape. If not — go back to the original.
- The listing on Vinted is yours. You decide what is in it, and you are responsible to buyers and to Vinted for its content, including the part we suggested.
- The counters for Poland are calculated only from the sales recorded in Flikki, against thresholds published in the regulations and on government websites, with the date they were checked. This is information, not tax advice: we do not decide whether you owe any tax or have any obligation, or which. Vinted may count differently, for example using its own exchange rate.
13. The Chrome extension and your Vinted account
- You install the extension from the Chrome Web Store and connect it to your Flikki account.
- It works only on Vinted’s pages and only when you start a run in the Flikki app. The browser asks you for access to a given Vinted at the first run on it — never at installation.
- It works in your browser and on your Vinted account, in one tab, which it opens when the run starts: it uploads the photos, enters the item’s details and adds the listing. It fills in further items in the same tab, also when you switch to another one. By starting a run, you instruct us to add these listings to your Vinted account — and for a price change or a refresh: to change the price of your listings, or to delete an old listing and list the item again.
- A price change (from the Mini plan): the extension opens your listing, enters the new price, saves it and checks that it can be seen on Vinted.
- A refresh of a listing (Pro and Max, once we switch this feature on; only listings posted at least 14 days earlier): the extension deletes the old listing and lists the same item again. The old listing loses its favourites and views. If the extension is not sure it has the right listing, it deletes nothing.
- If you close the browser during a listing run or a price-change run, when you start it again the extension returns to that run and opens Vinted by itself — unless you have paused or stopped the run in the app first. It does not resume a refresh run by itself.
- Between items it makes a fixed pause, which it shows in its pop-up.
- It does not know or store your Vinted password. It does not choose your cookie settings for you — it waits for your choice. It does not type anything into a form that has a started draft — it stops and says so. It does not solve Vinted’s requests to confirm that you are human for you: when refreshing listings, it then pauses the run, and when listing or changing a price, that step fails. It is built to work only in the tab it opened for the run, and it does not read pages other than Vinted.
- You can pause or stop a run at any time. What has already been listed stays on Vinted.
- Vinted may change its site without notice. Listing may then fail, and we may pause listing on a given Vinted until it is fixed. An item that could not be listed comes back to Flikki with information about what went wrong.
- We do not check whether a listing is still on Vinted, or what happens to it after it has been added.
14. Your obligations
- Following Vinted’s rules and the law is up to you — including Vinted’s terms (also what they say about tools that fill in forms for the user and about selling on a private account) and the rules on tax and on running a business. Whether and how your Vinted account may be used is for Vinted to decide, not Flikki.
- Upload only photos and texts you have the right to. Do not photograph people, documents or other people’s data — photos of the items are enough.
- You must not pass unlawful content through Flikki — for example content that infringes other people’s rights, is offensive or concerns things whose sale is prohibited.
- Do not try to get around security measures or limits, get into other people’s accounts or data, overload the service or connect to our server other than through our apps and extension (for example with your own scripts). Do not use Flikki to get around Vinted’s rules.
- Your photos and texts stay yours. You allow us to store them, process them and pass them to the companies named in the privacy policy only to provide the service to you — including entering them into Vinted’s form when you ask us to. This permission ends when the data is deleted.
15. Reporting illegal content and blocking an account
- Point of contact. We take reports from users, other people and authorities, including matters under the EU Digital Services Act, at [email protected], in Polish or in English.
- If you believe someone keeps unlawful content in Flikki, write to us: what content the report concerns, why it is unlawful, and give your name and email address (unless the report concerns the exploitation of children). We will confirm we have received the report and tell you what we did about it.
- We may block an account that seriously breaks these terms or the law — for example keeps unlawful content, tries to get into other people’s data or attacks the service. A blocked account cannot sign in. Blocking does not delete the data and can be reversed.
- We will tell you by email about the block and its reason. You can appeal against the decision by writing to [email protected] — we will consider the appeal within 14 days. There you can also ask for your data to be handed over or deleted.
- We do not refund a paid period you do not use because of a block, if the block resulted from a serious breach of these terms or of the law.
16. Availability of the service and liability
- Flikki works only with an internet connection. We try to keep it running without interruption, but there may be technical breaks, maintenance, failures at the providers we use, or changes on Vinted’s side.
- Sometimes a suggestion may fail — we then do not count it towards the limit, and you can ask for it again.
- To protect the service against abuse and unforeseen costs, we also have a daily limit of suggestions for the whole service, all accounts together. If it is exceeded, until the end of the day (in UTC), instead of a suggestion prepared from the photos you will get a simple description put together from the details entered for the item. Such a description does not count towards the limit.
- We develop the service: we may add features and change how they look and work, provided this does not significantly worsen what you have paid for. Significant changes to your disadvantage are described in section 19.
- Towards consumers and sole traders with consumer rights we are liable under the general rules of Polish law, and we do not exclude or limit any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
- Towards other businesses we are liable only for damage caused through our fault, excluding lost profits, and at most up to the amount they paid us for a plan in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally.
- We are not liable for how Vinted works, for Vinted’s decisions about your account or for the content of listings you approved — unless the damage results from Flikki doing something other than what you instructed it to do.
17. Complaints
- If Flikki does not work as these terms describe, or a paid plan does not give what you paid for, write to [email protected]. Give the account’s email address, what happened and when, and what you expect. If you can, attach a screenshot, and if the app showed an error number, that number too.
- We will reply within 14 days of receiving the complaint, by email.
- If you are a consumer or a sole trader with consumer rights, we are responsible for the service conforming to the contract for the whole time we provide it. If the service does not conform to the contract, we will first bring it into conformity. If that fails, if we refuse, or if the lack of conformity is significant, you may demand a price reduction or withdraw from the contract — we will then return the money for the period in which the service did not conform to the contract, within 14 days, through Stripe (Link).
- Complaints about the payment itself (for example a double charge) can be made to us or to Link (support.link.com).
18. Deleting the account and ending the contract
- You delete the account in settings. You confirm it with your password or a fresh sign-in. Deleting the account ends the contract for using Flikki.
- You can come back within 30 days: just sign in with the same email address — with a link, a password (if you have one) or through Google or Apple; connecting with a QR code does not restore the account. Your items, photos, batches, sales and settings come back. What we stopped at deletion does not come back: a run in progress is stopped, and everything that was waiting to be done in the background — for example descriptions to be written, preparing freshly uploaded photos, a data export or sending your message to us — is cancelled.
- After 30 days we delete your data and photos for good (what remains is described in the privacy policy, section 8).
- Deleting the account ends the subscription — monthly or yearly — with no refund for the current period: we cancel it in Stripe straight after the account is deleted. If you want to use the paid period, cancel the subscription first and delete the account near its end. If you come back before the cancellation in Stripe has been carried out, the subscription stays and keeps renewing; if it has already been cancelled, coming back restores the data but not the subscription. Mini and granted plans are not cancelled and keep working if you come back.
- Listings that are already on Vinted stay — we do not touch them there.
- Before you delete the account, download the data export with the photos.
- We may terminate the contract for an important reason — for example when we stop running Flikki or when the law does not allow us to keep providing the service — with 30 days’ notice sent by email. We will then refund the unused, paid period in proportion. We may terminate the contract without notice only for an account blocked for a serious breach (section 15). In both cases we give you time to download your data before it is deleted.
19. Changes to these terms
- We may change these terms for important reasons: changes in the law or in decisions of authorities or courts, changes to Flikki’s features, changes to the rules of providers we use (for example Stripe or Vinted), changes in prices, or the need to prevent abuse and improve security.
- We will email you about a change at least 14 days before it takes effect, and about a price change — as described in section 7. If you do not agree with it, you may cancel the subscription or delete the account before that day. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for, unless the law requires it.
- Each version of these terms has a number and a date at the top.
20. Law and disputes
- The contract is governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection given by the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
- Disputes with consumers are decided by the courts that have jurisdiction under the general rules. Disputes with businesses that are not sole traders with consumer rights are decided by the court with jurisdiction over our registered office.
- Out of court, a consumer may ask for help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów), from consumer organisations (for example the Federacja Konsumentów), or from the regional Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) — for mediation, or for the case to be heard by a permanent consumer arbitration court — and, in a case with a company from another EU country, from the European Consumer Centre. Information on these options is at prawakonsumenta.uokik.gov.pl. Taking part in such proceedings is voluntary for both parties; we will say whether we agree when you ask.
21. Sole traders with consumer rights
If you run a sole proprietorship and enter into a contract with us that is directly related to that business but is not of a professional nature for you — which follows in particular from the types of business entered in the CEIDG register — you have the same rights as a consumer as regards unfair contract terms, withdrawal from the contract (section 11) and the conformity of the service with the contract (section 17).
22. Final provisions
- These terms are written in Polish; the Polish version is binding. This English translation is provided for convenience, and where it differs from the Polish version, the Polish version prevails.
- If any provision turns out to be invalid, the rest of these terms continues to apply.
- How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy.
- For all matters concerning Flikki: [email protected].
